PS: I got the 'antivirus-v854427062.dyndns-web.com' by crank69 but due to some obscure reason impossible to go on it (redirected on google each time) even with russian fed proxy, spoofed referrer/user-agent etc...
This Hoax act like a fake av scanner page but without malware download, just scare tactic.
It ask you to download a new secured browser.
Warn message, then it load the 'update'
Here it ask for a tell number (enter anything)
Then it ask you to send a SMS for get a code to download the secured browser:
The code can be obtained just by looking the source:
And when entered you can download IE8 from yandex.ru:
